We’re SO excited about our new Cardio Sculpt Target series, and we think you will be, too! Our new targeted strength training classes pack a serious punch for specific muscle groups you may want to focus on for toning or overall strength and mobility.

What is the new Cardio Sculpt Target Series? 

It’s Cardio Sculpt with a twist! This series combines the high-intensity dance-based cardio you love with targeted segments for your arms, abs, and legs. 

Each class prioritizes a different target zone to fast-track results and maximize the muscle-building benefits. Whether you want to strengthen a certain muscle, improve your posture or flexibility, or improve your balance, these targeted fitness classes are the perfect way to hit your goals. 

Benefits of taking a targeted cardio sculpt class 

There are SO many benefits to targeted strength training. These high-intensity target strength classes will fast-track physical results for each muscle group, but toning is truly just a side perk to all of the other benefits that come your way.

Cardio Sculpt: Arms

Our arms-focused classes offer a powerful option for arms workouts that you’ll feel for the rest of the day. Train, tone, and protect your shoulders (a common injury area!) in this specialty version of Cardio Sculpt! High-intensity, dance-based cardio is followed by targeted strength work with an upper-body focus.

Cardio Sculpt: Legs

Finally, our classes that target your leg muscles are ones that you don’t want to miss. These leg workouts will bring the burn - in a good way! Boost performance, power, and mobility in this specialty version of Cardio Sculpt. High-intensity, dance-based cardio is followed by targeted strength work with a lower-body focus.

Our legs truly power our bodies throughout our lives. They are some of the BIGGEST muscles in our bodies, and are responsible for our mobility, power, and speed.
