We are on a mission to empower people to improve their health and fitness, and we are seeking a Sales Manager for the US. Sales Managers are business coaches at the core, find passion in others’ success, and communicate every step of the way. In this position, you are the liaison between Jazzercise Franchisee Owners and the home office.



  • Share our mission and value in a compelling way engaging our owners and associates
  • Build communities of successful owners in your territory
  • Forge relationships with internal teams and external networks
  • Analyze marketing and sales cycle and implement improvements
  • Maintain active franchisee account information and diligence in tracking/recording all work activities to ensure accurate forecasting
  • Partner with sales managers, directors, and training specialists to ensure smooth on-boarding of owners and associates
  • Manage every stage of marketing and sales: events, meetings, planning, lead generation, conversion, and more...
  • Ensure franchisees in the territory are submitting on-time monthly income revenues and CPR renewals
  • Act as a liaison between microsite developers and franchisees, where applicable


  • 3+ years of account-based sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong relationship building ability – collaboration where you look for the win-win outcome
  • Consultative and creative approach to sales (understanding pain points of customers and addressing their needs through solutions selling)
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Solid understanding of customers and revenue generation
  • Knowledge of the fitness industry, preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced user of MS office (specifically, Excel)
  • Travel periodically within region, roughly 10%

The Chief Revenue Officer responsible for all revenue generation processes and performance. The CRO is accountable for developing strategies and driving better integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions, including marketing, sales, customer support, pricing and revenue management across all business units. They are also responsible for overseeing the strategy for profitable revenue generation over the long term. This position is a direct report to the President & CEO and is on a hybrid schedule with at least two days a week in-office in Carlsbad, California.



  • Develop, administer, and evaluate company strategic goals in association with officer team.
  • Create and execute global strategies and promotions to optimize growth.
  • Drive revenue growth across all business units – in-studio, on demand, franchisee growth, retail and marketing innovation.
  • Develops and manages a system stemmed in primary and secondary research that informs strategy and execution across all departments.
  • Use relevant data and research to identify key market segments that can generate the most revenue.
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships consistent with revenue growth strategies.
  • Evaluates industry trends and market position of competing products, programs, and service, makes recommendations to officer team.
  • Build a high-performing team that fosters creativity, credibility, respect, and team success.
  • Highly focused team player and collaborative business partner who leads by doing and moves with urgency and purpose.
  • Strong relationships with business partners to capitalize on all public relations opportunities.
  • Help to identify, review and implement technology to systems that support sales, marketing, and franchisees growth.
  • Determine budget trade-offs that can help generate more revenue in the future.
  • Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years in progressive sales and marketing experience under a service-focused company and robust brand presence.
  • Exposure to the fitness or health and wellness industry is beneficial.
  • Experience in a national and global scope is preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing strategic sales and marketing objectives and initiatives.
  • Well versed in technology and software platforms (digital, social media, performance data, engagement, and new trends).
  • Ability to motivate others through strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, motivate and lead others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both the internal employee and external customer.
  • Embodies company culture and values in principles, behaviors, and management style.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, AdWords, and
  • Ability to travel roughly 30% of the time.
