and ready with these tips

HOW DO I START?

 

First, find the location near you to buy a class (or several!).

Then, search the schedule for a Cardio Sculpt, Power Sculpt or Sculpt class.

Cardio Sculpt includes high-energy dance cardio, followed by strength training. Power Sculpt blends heart-pumping bursts of dance cardio with powerful strength training, followed by a specialized toning segment. Sculpt focuses on strength training to build strong, lean muscles.

The best part of burning up to 800 calories in one 60-minute class? You’ll have so much fun, you won’t want to stop.

 

WHAT DO I WEAR?

 

Wear what’s comfortable for you – fitted, flexible fabrics are always a solid start. Supportive cross-trainers are great, but any athletic shoe should work.

CAN I TAKE CLASSES IN PERSON?

CAN I WORKOUT ONLINE?

 

Yep. And we’ve got several ways to do it! The studio near you may be offering Live & Local livestream classes in their private member group. With an active membership, you also receive access to Global Livestreams taught by our very own Jazzercise, Inc. FitPros.

In Person Classes

You can also check out Jazzercise On Demand, a subscription-based library of 10- to 50-minute full-body and target-zone workouts designed to shape your body and elevate your mood. Oh, and your first 2 weeks are free.
