HOW DO I START?

 

First, find the location near you to buy a class (or several!).

Then, search the schedule for a Dance Mixx class. Dance Mixx is our foundational format that combines jazz dance with strength training for the ultimate full-body dance party workout. The best part of burning up to 800 calories in one 55-minute class? You’ll have so much fun, you won’t want to stop.

 

WHAT DO I WEAR?

 

Wear what’s comfortable for you – fitted, flexible fabrics are always a solid start. Supportive cross-trainers are great, but any athletic shoe should work.

Your Jazzercise studio is likely teaching most of the workout standing up, but a good set of free weights and a mat or towel can be helpful. And, of course, water!

CAN I TAKE CLASSES IN PERSON?

CAN I WORKOUT ONLINE?

 

Yep. And we’ve got several ways to do it! The studio near you may be offering Live & Local livestream classes in their private member group. With an active membership, you also receive access to Global Livestreams taught by our very own Jazzercise, Inc. FitPros.

In Person Classes

You can also check out Jazzercise On Demand, a subscription-based library of 10- to 50-minute full-body and target-zone workouts designed to shape your body and elevate your mood. Oh, and your first 2 weeks are free.
