4-Step Frozen Monster Yogurt Bark Recipe

Indulging in Halloween festivities while staying healthy can be a bit tricky this time of year. Instead of high-sugar snacks or ultra-processed candies, try whipping up this unboolievably easy recipe from FitPro and awesome Mama, Claire!

This recipe has EVERYTHING you could want—packed with nourishing ingredients, kid-approved and only takes 4 simple steps to make. It’s the perfect post-class activity that will fuel a later workout (hellooo, protein!) or provide some major fun for the kids!

Directions:

  1. Blend the yogurt, honey and spinach.
  2. Pour into a parchment-lined pan and add your spooky toppings (Claire used berries, sliced dates for smiles, and some monster eyes).
  3. Freeze until firm, at least 3 hours.
  4. Enjoy! Don't wait too long to eat after taking it out of the freezer...it may get messy 👻
