With easy-to-follow moves and a certified instructor to motivate you, you’ll dance, jump, kick, plank, push-up and crunch your way to a happier, healthier you.
You’ll be sweating, smiling, and firing up your metabolism in this 30-minute power-packed class. A quick blast of dance-based cardio followed by strength training and stretch will maximize your movements in less time for the same great results and feel-good glow.
