Workout 1:

  • Tricep dip on chair
  • Abdominal rotation with laptop case
  • Seated bicep curl with tube

Workout 2:

  • Seated row with tube
  • Side layout
  • Lunge with tube

Workout 3:

  • Pulsing lunge with tricep extension
  • Plank on floor
  • Pec presses with tube standing

Workout 4:

  • Upright row with tube
  • Opposite arm/leg extension on floor
  • Lunge without tube

Workout 5:

  • Lateral deltoid lift with opposite leg abduction with tube
  • Side oblique crunch with tube

Workout 6:

  • Seated arm and leg extension
  • Side oblique crunch with bag
  • Pulsing abduction in 3's with tub

Workout 7:

  • Plie bicep
  • Abdominal contraction with rotation seated
  • Adductor pulse in 2nd with tube curl with tube

Workout 8:

  • Single arm row with laptop
  • Bent leg and straight leg abduction on floor
  • Glute contraction with laptop on pelvis

Workout 9:

  • Hammer curl with laptop
  • Side lying plank on floor
  • Tricep dip on floor
