Keep your knee in alignment above your toes. Shift your body weight from one side to another. Adding a small, controlled bounce makes this movement different from the Lunge.

  • Starting position.Bring feet together.
  • Arms at side.
  • Lean to R.
  • R knee turned out, knee bent over toe.
  • Shake/swing arms to the beat.
  • Lean to L.
  • L knee turned out, knee bent over toe.
  • Shake/swing arms to the beat.
  • Return to starting position.
  • Bring feet together.
  • Arms at side.
