Work your quads and squeeze your glutes. Arms at sides, elbows slightly bent.

  • Heels together, toes turned out.
  • R foot steps out, toes and knees turned out.
  • Knees bent over toes.
  • Bring L foot back to starting position.
  • Heels together, toes turned out.

Reverse direction.

  • L foot steps out, knees bent over toes.
  • Bring R foot back to starting position, heels together, toes turned out.
