Keep your knees slightly bent. Transfer your weight forward and backward. Arms swing naturally.

  • Starting position. Bring feet together.
  • Arms at side.
  • Face L diagonal.
  • Kick R foot low to R diagonal.
  • Step back R.

  • Lift L foot.
  • Step L, lift R foot.
  • Step R, lift L foot.
  • Step L.
  • Prepare to pivot to face R diagonal.
  • Face R diagonal.
  • Kick L foot low to L diagonal.
  • Step back L.
  • Lift R foot.
  • Step R, lift L foot.
