- Starting position. Bring feet together.
- Arms at side.

- Body supported on L leg, knee slightly bent.
- Kick R foot forward.
- Keep leg low and point toe.
- L arm extends forward.
- R arm extends to the side.

- Bring feet together, arms at side.
|

- Repeat on L side.
- Body support on R leg, knee slightly bent.
- Kick L foot forward.
- Keep leg low and point toe.
- R arm extends forward.
- L arm extends to the side.

- Return to starting position.
