Think about the placement of your arm and foot. Arm and leg reach out to the diagonal. Make sure you are reaching rather than swinging your arms.

  • Starting position.
  • Bring feet together.
  • Arms at side.
  • Face L diagonal.
  • Touch R foot to forward diagonal.
  • Extend R arm to forward diagonal.
  • L arm on L hip.
  • Face R diagonal.
  • Touch L foot to forward diagonal.
  • Extend L arm to forward diagonal.
  • R arm on R hip.
  • Return to starting position.
  • Bring feet together.
  • Arms at side.
