Keep your torso tall while you lift your legs and arms.
Turn out from the hip keeping your pelvis neutral. Bend your
knee slightly to get the maximum benefit from the Attitude
Lift. The turn out is what makes the Attitude Lift different
than a knee lift.

- Starting position.
- Bring feet together.
- Arms at side.

- Body supported on L leg, knee slightly bent.
- R leg lifts up and is turned out, slightly bent.
- L arm extended forward.
- R arm extended out to the side.

- Repeat on L side.
- Body supported on R leg, knee slightly bent.
- L leg lifts up and is turned out, slightly bent.
- R arm extended forward.
- L arm extended out to the side.

- Return to starting position.
- Bring feet together.
- Arms at side.
