Business Center/Instructor Zone
Jazzercise has created a comprehensive online resource center that houses business, marketing and reporting tools used by all franchisees to run and promote their businesses. Franchisees can also create a personalized web page for their location(s) in our class locator system.

Our Web site is constantly updated with new information for you and your customers. Customers can purchase Jazzertogs merchandise, learn basic Jazzercise choreography and search for Jazzercise classes in your area using the "Find a Class" feature.

1(800)FIT-IS-IT
The toll-free 1(800)FIT-IS-IT line is answered by customer service representatives who offer worldwide class location information to customers, take Jazzertogs fitness apparel orders as well as provide franchisees a wide variety of support services.

Marketing/Public Relations
Jazzercise Inc. provides marketing expertise and materials, including print advertisement templates, nationally coordinated cross-promotions, and TV and radio spots, to name a few. Timely information on health/physiology, marketing, public relations, teaching techniques, and accounting methods is supplied through a franchisee hotline, newsletter and regional conventions.

District Managers
Franchisees receive marketing support, ongoing training and business guidance from a regional district manager. These managers also conduct large group (district) meetings with franchisees twice a year to communicate new programs, promotional/marketing plans and business tools available to franchisees.

EFT (Electronic Funds Transfers)
Jazzercise offers its franchisees the opportunity to process customer's monthly fees (credit card and checking account) through its EFT department. Franchisees are able to enter and manage their customer's EFT accounts online through the Jazzercise Business Center.

JFAS (Jazzercise Franchise Assistant Software)
Jazzercise provides all franchisees a custom software program designed to allow them to track attendance, sales as well as marketing and promotion information for their franchise. Software support is available for purchase on an annual basis.

Conventions
Judi Sheppard Missett and Shanna Missett Nelson regularly travel throughout the U.S. and internationally for speaking engagements and media interviews to promote Jazzercise and its franchisees. Jazzercise also hosts exciting fitness conventions for franchisees and their customers around the globe.

Fitness never looked so good and Jazzertogs by Jazzercise provides franchisees with the latest in fitness apparel as well as promotional, incentive and business items needed to run your franchise.
