Steps to Becoming a Jazzercise Franchisee  

1. Complete Business-Only Application and submit it via email to BOF@jazzercise.com or mail to Jazzercise, Inc. 2460 Impala Drive, Carlsbad, CA 92010.

2. Application Review by Jazzercise, Inc. - We will review your application and contact you with any additional questions.

3. Review Franchise Agreement and Offering Circular - You will receive a Franchise Agreement and Offering Circular from Jazzercise, Inc. specific to your state or country. After reading and carefully reviewing the Franchise Agreement, submit your signed original to Jazzercise, Inc. 2460 Impala Drive, Carlsbad, CA 92010 Attn: Business-Only Franchise.

4. Attend the Corporate Training - You must attend an in-depth 2-day training course at our corporate headquarters in Carlsbad, California. Here you will receive training and materials necessary to operate your franchise.
