My closest friend, Bess, is a breast cancer survivor (5 years). The date of the Art & Soul Tour in Portland, OR was her birthday! I just couldn’t resist the karma! My motivation for raising money was Bess and the Boys & Girls Club opening in Forest Grove, OR. It was (a fun event) and I would do it again anytime. Thank you.

My friend Sue Bradley just found out she had breast cancer on April 20th and had her left breast removed (and) has to start chemo for six months. It is so wonderful how many people care and put time and effort into this.
