| Jazzercise |
|
Jazzercise,
created by Judi Sheppard Missett, is the world’s
leading dance-fitness program with more than 6,300
instructors teaching 20,000 classes weekly. Based
on the art of dance and the science of exercise,
Jazzercise is designed to enhance cardiovascular
endurance, strength, and flexibility. The program
has helped millions of people of all ages and fitness
levels reap the benefits of exercise and improve
their well-being.
Over the years, Jazzercise has acted upon Judi's
philosophy of "giving back
to the community" and has raised more than 25 million dollars for charities.
The Art & Soul Tour grew from a strong personal wish of Judi’s: to
support the arts and women’s health initiatives. |
