What a great compilation! It’s so much fun to work out, when you have good music to give you company. It provides an extra boost to the energy levels, and also helps keep one distracted from muscle fatigue. It is amazing to know that there is actually research data to validate these facts and also to classify the songs according to the gym activity. “Can’t stop the feeling”, by Justin Timberlake is one of my personal favorites; finally a good song by Justin after a long time.
