What to Expect in Class
Your instructor totes a passion for fitness and dance to the stage each and every class. We’ll lead you on a journey that challenges your body and frees your mind while the stress of the day melts away. Every instructor receives ongoing training, is evaluated on a regular basis, and is, of course, CPR certified. If you’re looking for someone to motivate you to your potential and uplift you along the way, we got you!
How many calories will I burn in a workout?
That’s partly up to you…and partly up to us! You could burn up to 800 calories in one 60-minute Jazzercise class. And remember that you’ll burn more calories all day after one of our move-to-the-groove workouts.
What results can I expect?
Torch fat, sculpt lean muscle and crush calories with our high intensity formats that mix dance-based cardio with strength training. Fresh pulse-pounding music and body-blasting moves bring the intensity to transform your body, boost your mood and ignite your energy.

Oh yes you do! The dance moves are basic enough for everyone, and our instructors will ensure you never miss a beat with their step-by-step instruction.
